1. About Our Services

Hockey Rehab Pro provides hockey-specific rehabilitation programs and educational content, including:

  • The HIRP (Hockey Injury Recovery Program) — an online, subscription-based ACL recovery program.
  • In-person rehabilitation clinic sessions in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
  • Free educational content including the Hockey ACL Recovery Checklist and community access.

2. Not Medical Advice

The content on this website and within our programs is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any rehabilitation or exercise program. Hockey Rehab Pro is not responsible for any injury or harm resulting from the use of our content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our services. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The HIRP program is offered as a monthly subscription. By subscribing you authorize Hockey Rehab Pro to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. In-Person Clinic Sessions

Clinic sessions in Calgary are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with reasonable notice. Cancellation policies for in-person sessions will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, videos, images, program materials, and branding — is the property of Hockey Rehab Pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Redistribute, resell, or republish program content.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hockey Rehab Pro, its owner, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
